FAITH Catholic seeks new Director of Client Relations

FAITH Catholic President and CEO Elizabeth Solsburg announced a national search for the position of Director of Client Relations. This new position will join the company's leadership team and will be the primary contact for FAITH's 60-plus publishing partners, including 48 dioceses from across the country. "We're eager to bring on a communications professional to help us continue our long and storied tradition of excellent client service," Solsburg said. "Having added 13 new magazines to our publishing family in 2021, we need someone who can help us maintain the high-touch service and communication that our clients have come to expect and appreciate from FAITH."

Solsburg said a critical consideration for the new hire is fitting into the FAITH corporate culture. "We value the culture we've built over the past two decades," she said. "For example, working for the past several years with the Gallup Organization, we've maintained levels of employee engagement that put us in the top one percent of companies they survey annually. That kind of passion and enthusiasm on the part of our team is the reason we're able to be so successful, and so we're looking for someone who can help us uphold that kind of corporate culture." FAITH also makes it a priority to help team members use their strengths as a means toward working in a way that is more satisfying and successful. "We believe God gives each of us certain gifts, and that using those gifts is the pathway to being happier in our day-to-day lives," she said.
